How Affordable Housing Works!

  • Blossom Gardens is an affordable housing community. Affordable housing offers financial stability by providing high-quality homes at rents lower than typical market-rate apartments. Unlike subsidized housing, rents here are not income-based or adjusted. Instead, each unit type has a fixed rent based on local income guidelines.

    • 1 Bedroom $1,022

    • 2 bedroom $1,225

    • 3 Bedroom $1,425

  • To qualify, your total household income must fall at or below the following limits:

    • 1 person: $42,780

    • 2 people: $48,900

    • 3 people: $55,020

    • 4 people: $61,080

    • 5 people: $66,000

    • 6 people: $70,860

    • 7 people: $75,780

    All sources of income are considered, including wages, tips, child support, and other forms of income.

    If you’re unsure about your eligibility, please contact us at leasing@liveatblossomgardens.com. We’re happy to answer questions and help you understand your options. Some exceptions or accommodations may apply to ensure fairness. For reference, please see the 2025 Marion County Income Limits.

  • Yes, housing vouchers are welcome at Blossom Gardens.

    If your voucher covers part of the rent, you’re responsible for paying the remainder. For example, if your rent is $1,131 and your voucher covers $430, you would pay the remaining $701.

  • To ensure a clean, quiet, and allergy-conscious environment for all residents, our apartments maintain a no-pet policy. While we love animals, we’re committed to providing a comfortable living space that respects the needs of every neighbor. Thank you for understanding and helping us keep our community welcoming for everyone.
